ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Unfortunately Bake My Sweet Day do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please inspect your order upon received and check for any damage, defective or wrong item. However, if you received a damaged or wrong item, we are more than happy to replace it and do whatever it takes to make your experience with us a pleasant one. Just send us a picture of the damaged item and we will get started on processing another shipment for you. We cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please note our current processing time when you checkout. We print items as orders are submitted. Bake My Sweet Day will process your order and print your items within 10 days after your order has been placed. If you need your order sooner, please send us a message to ask about our rush processing. This option will apply for orders of 5 items or less only. Shipping is via USPS unless shipping upgrades like UPS, FedEx or DHL are purchased. USPS does occasionally "misplace" items. We offer tracking on all our shipments. If you would like insurance on your order, we recommend using the Priority Shipping option for orders of $10.00 or more. Shipping will be combined in orders purchased together; simply place all desired items in your cart and Bake My Sweet Day will automatically take care of the rest. Please be sure your address is correct. So please double check all shipping information before checking out. We cannot cancel an order once it is shipped. Buyer is responsible for submitting an incorrect address. Tracking number will be automatically sent to you when we purchase shipping so you can keep track of your package.

International shipments may be subject to additional customs fees, the postage paid to me covers our costs for first class shipping of merchandise. We cannot be held responsible for any additional customs fees once we ship. Our customs forms are automatically filled out through Bake My Sweet Day service, so please double check that the shipping address is correct upon check out. Shipping can take 7-14 days on average but occasionally can take longer.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right.

OUR CUTTERS

Cutters are printed as they are ordered. Every product we make is 3D printed just for you! Bake My Sweet Day do not keep a stock of printed cutters on hand. Colors may vary. Cutters will come in colors I have in stock or on hand. We use different colors of PLA for our cutters, and they also come with a stepped edge to make a clean crisp cut in your dough. You can request a color and I will try to accommodate. There are labels on the cutters to indicate what they are. (See photos)

Bake My Sweet Day is not responsible for cookie cutters misuse. Bake My Sweet Day cutters are hand drawn, 3D modeled, purchased clipart for commercial use and quality tested before it reaches your doorstep. The cutters we make are to be washed by hand only in warm soapy water and are not dishwasher safe. Putting the cutters in a dishwasher could melt, warp or otherwise damage the PLA. Hot water is the enemy of plastic cookie cutters.

Custom cutters are available too. If you are looking for something different, an idea, a design or something you like with specific size, please contact us at createcookiecutters@bakemysweetday.com and we will create a custom design for you.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Always hand wash the cookie cutter with soap and warm water.
  • Do not soak in water.
  • Cookie cutters are not dishwasher safe.
  • Store in a cool dry place with nothing heavier than other light cookie cutters on top.
  • Cookie cutters made with 3D printed plastic have a low melting point and should be kept away from heat sources, such as direct sunlight, hot foods, stove tops, inside ovens, on hot pans, etc.
  • Contact with heat and/or pressure may cause cutters to warp, melt, or otherwise damage the PLA.
  • Please take that into consideration when cleaning and store the cookie cutter.

MATERIAL USED

FOOD SAFE PLA. All our cookie cutters are 3D printed using high quality food safe PLA that is biodegradable and made from plant-based products. PLA is the common name for Polylactic Acid or Polylactide. PLA plastic is derived from corn starch rich plants such as corn and sugar beets. Keep in mind that our plastic cookie cutters have slightly thicker walls to give it more durability so your cookie cutter will last through years of use, but they may not give as clean a cut as a metal cookie cutter. Whereas metal cookie cutters may start to rust or bend from constant use, our cookie cutters will not rust and will keep their shape with proper care.
