En la repostería es muy importante estar actualizado con las tendencias modernas y al ser tan detallista me motiva a aprender técnicas y métodos nuevos. Soy Cynthia Díaz e incursioné en el mundo de las Artes Culinarias hace una década. Desde trabajar en diferentes restaurantes como Chef, hasta ser Profesora de Artes Culinarias. Me gusta crear recetas y hacer cosas diferentes. Con el pasar de los años, mi visión cambió un poco. Por tal razón, desde hace algún tiempo dedico toda mi energía a la repostería; mi especialidad es la confección de galletas. Puedo hornear galletas de una gran variedad de sabores y texturas. Innovar con los sabores y las formas de las galletas me llevó a crear mi propia línea de cortadores y "stencils", tanto para galletas, como para fondant.
