Returns & exchanges

Unfortunately Bake My Sweet Day do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please inspect your order upon received and check for any damage, defective or wrong item. However, if you received a damaged or wrong item, we are more than happy to replace it and do whatever it takes to make your experience with us a pleasant one. Just send us a picture of the damaged item and we will get started on processing another shipment for you. We cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
