December 10, 2024 to Saturday, January 4, 2025. During this period, you can place your orders, but they will be processed and shipped starting January 4. We will take care all your needs as soon as possible upon our return.

Return & Exchange

All sales are final. Unfortunately Bake My Sweet Day do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Bake My Sweet Day can’t cancel an order after begin printing your items. Once you receive your order, please inspect your items and check for any damage, defective or wrong item. However, if you received a damaged or wrong item, we are more than happy to replace it and do whatever it takes to make your experience with us a pleasant one. Just send us a picture of the damaged item and we will get started on processing another shipment for you. We can’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on sale items. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
